THE BEACH IST AWSOME, TUKISE WATER IN FRONT THE HOTEL, BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS VERY GOOD, VERY QUIET AND CONFORTABLE. THE RESTAURANT IST VERY EXPENSIVE.

Great time in West Bay

Location is the best. Breakfast was good and service staff was friendly and helpful. Dive shop is the best!

Lift was failing and it was bad been in a 4th floor room. One of the female receptionists was friendly and the other one had a bad mood to be the face of a hospitality business.

We had a great time during our stay!

The location is fabulous!! Directly on West Bay Beach. Our room was clean and was serviced daily which doesn't happen much anymore. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and a little different every day.

We didn't get very good service on the beach on the days that there were cruise ships. And our room did not have an ocean view as promised on Booking.com.

In general it was good although they didn’t put up the rain blinds in the restaurant which made it bad at the time due to the weather that day.

Definitely paradise

The included breakfast was wonderful, staff was excellent. The facility was beautiful and clean.

The a/c unit was a bit noisy at night but the resort was nice and quiet. The shower hot water was very brief, took me a few tries to get my hair washed

Great place for a relaxing vacation!

Hotel is located in a very lush green tropical garden with nice size pools. Hotel has access to the beach and provides lounges and umbrellas for a relaxing visit on the beach! The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had the package with the breakfast and the breakfast was great every day!

The weather, it rained 4 days out of 7 :(

Found the food at the restaurant very expensive.

Liked rooms and beach.

Attention by the customer service agent during the check in, she seemed overwhelmed by the paperwork, she was not friendly. the area was crowded with no space to rest or seat.

Great value and location

Incredibly attentive staff. Lush landscaping with a variety of tropical plants. Beautiful pool immersed in a green jungle. Nice bar and restaurant right on the beach

A few things in the room were showing its age, like closet not easy to open, loose electrical outlet. The whole property could benefit from some painting and touching up

The hotel was simple yet comfortable.

Beautiful beach and in close proximity to restaurants and shops.

Lots of construction going on. No chairs or table to sit inside the room, although there were some on the deck.

I like that they had various activities. I wish there were more activities throughout the week. The staff are very helpful, thoughtful, and considerate. I was sick, they helped me, then later checked on me to make sure I was okay. I had some issues with my flight and the mam in concierge helped to make sure I arrived back home the day I was supposed to leave.

My daughter and I waited so for long for our room to be ready. When it was finally ready, the floor in the room wasn't clean. It was sandy with dead bug wings all over the floor. I ordered and paid for a massage but since I was sick, and dealing with flight issues, I could not receive my massage. I attempted to get a refund but they "couldn't refund my money". It has been 2 weeks later and I still have not received a refund.

Lovely resort would stay again.

The beach, the food at the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, well designed facility because it seems all rooms are a short walk to the beach and the easy accessibility of things to do such as snorkeling, scuba diving, Jet Ski rentals, etc.

The mosquitos in the room but its hard to fault the resort for that.
